🎯 Purpose

The role is responsible for managing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes for Canada and supporting related activities in the USA region. This includes ensuring accurate tagging, reconciliation, and timely resolution of contractor, agency, and intercompany transactions.

📋 Responsibilities

• SOA's of major agencies (Canada region).
• SOA's of major Contractors (Canada region).
• RCTI Reconciliation-PA and AP reconciliation USA and Canada.
• Reconciliation Labor Report (USA / Canada).
• Resolving Agency supplier and Contractors queries.
• Reversal of Duplicate Booking.
• Manual Payment (Urgent/RCTI INV not generated).
• IC netting / payment.

What you will bring

🔍 Requirements:

• At least four years of experience in Account Payables
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and data analysis); Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, with the desire to develop and apply problem-solving skills for our team
• Able to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
