🎯 Purpose
The role is responsible for managing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes for Canada and supporting related activities in the USA region. This includes ensuring accurate tagging, reconciliation, and timely resolution of contractor, agency, and intercompany transactions.
📋 Responsibilities
- SOA's of major agencies (Canada region).
- SOA's of major Contractors (Canada region).
- RCTI Reconciliation-PA and AP reconciliation USA and Canada.
- Reconciliation Labor Report (USA / Canada).
- Resolving Agency supplier and Contractors queries.
- Reversal of Duplicate Booking.
- Manual Payment (Urgent/RCTI INV not generated).
- IC netting / payment.
What you will bring
🔍 Requirements:
- At least four years of experience in Account Payables
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and data analysis); Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills, with the desire to develop and apply problem-solving skills for our team
- Able to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
