We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities:

- Lead the proactive resolution of complex employee relations issues, collaborating with Employee Relations and Legal teams to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and preserve our culture.
- Drive key initiatives in organizational design, workforce planning, headcount modeling, and business restructuring to drive operational efficiency and strategic growth.
- Oversee the full-cycle performance management process, including goal-setting, 360-degree performance evaluations, and calibration sessions to ensure alignment with business needs.

- Leverage people data and analytics to provide insights, drive informed decision-making, and optimize business outcomes.
- Execute people strategies with a focus on measurable goals, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate seamlessly with HR peers and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) across Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to implement holistic, integrated solutions.
