Responsibilities
Own the analysis of large, complex datasets to solve technical and statistical challenges, and drive the strategic planning and execution of short- and long-term business goals.
Manage the improvement and optimization of product features and systems through statistical research on causal inference, experimentation or other scientific methods.
Perform in-depth analysis of user behavior, product features and systems to identify product growth opportunities, and generate actionable initiatives for senior leadership.
Lead the design and development of product metrics and quantitative measurement structures to track and assess product health, devise experimentation methodology, understand root causes of metric movements and make recommendations for continuous product improvement.
Drive data-informed strategic decisions on experiment launches and measure the impact of product or technical changes.
Build classification and clustering machine learning models to understand data characteristics.
Partner with cross-functional teams, (i.e. Product Management, Research and Development, and Machine Learning Engineering), to deliver product insights that improve user experience and fulfil business growth.
Mentor and support the development of junior- and mid-level data scientists.
