Execute strategic business development plans targeting Chinese brands and vendors exporting to the U.S.
Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to obtain and action high-quality lead information.
Drive lead generation through marketing events, affiliates, partners, and industry networks.
Lead conversions through effective pitching, consultative discussions, solution design, and onboarding.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including events and partner activities.
Build and maintain relationships with e-commerce associations, industry partners, and strategic stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling company presentations, both internally and at public events.
Design customised fulfilment and logistics solutions for key customers.
Provide initial training to new clients on operational processes and onboarding into LOCAD’s ecosystem.
Develop strategies and systems to enhance customer management, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
7+ years of experience in cross-border e-commerce (marketing & partnerships, operations & logistics, or Key Account Management).
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Strong experience in U.S. logistics, warehousing, and courier services.
Deep understanding of U.S. last-mile delivery operations and fulfilment networks.
Experience applying creative and innovative sales techniques, including consultative selling.
Proven success in negotiation and closing strategic deals.
Demonstrated intrapreneurial skills — ownership, leadership, and result orientation.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Strong project management experience.
Knowledge of U.S. e-commerce platforms — Amazon, Walmart, BestBuy, Houzz, Lowe’s, Wayfair, DTC brands — is a plus.
Willing to travel across China (mainly Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian, and Shanghai).
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Strong experience in U.S. logistics, warehousing, and courier services.
