We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our team on a fixed-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on, end-to-end HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Details:

Duration: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

Outlook: Possibility of extension and/or conversion into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Job Purpose

Support the HR function in implementing defined strategies to increase professional development in Epta

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
• Support employee development plans and performance management.
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Assist with budget monitoring
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Control that training is carried out coherently to the defined service level
• Analysing employee administrative requests

    REQUIRIMENT  

• Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, in similar industries
• Languages: English is mandatory, (Spanish, German, French is considered a plus)
• Highest Education Level*: Bachelor Degree in Economics, Law, Management,  Business Administration or related fields.
