Join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract, 12 Months) in our APAC team! In this role, you’ll support the recruitment process mainly for Greater China, with opportunities to collaborate across other Asia regions. This is a fantastic chance to gain regional exposure in a global organization while growing your career in recruitment.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating offers and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support.
  • Help drive campus recruitment activities, including university events and early talent programs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and assist in project-based hiring activities.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, promoting MKS as an employer of choice.
  • Stay curious and bring new ideas to improve how we attract and engage talent.

Skills You Bring: (Required Skills)

  • Tertiary education in a relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or RPO).
  • Interest or experience in campus hiring is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Thai, Malay, or Vietnamese) are an advantage.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and learning mindset.
