Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Identify and qualify potential clients through market research and networking
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and report on sales activities
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Problem-solving aptitude with a customer-centric approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Sales certifications are a plus
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
- Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
