Talent Acquisition Specialist

About The Role

This role will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process for internal and external roles across Novotech.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Line Managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
• Day to day drive the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
• Grow and foster relationships with active and passive talent. 
• Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release announcements.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates. 
• Attend meetings with hiring managers and provide updates on recruitment progress. 
• Assist in the negotiating of offers with successful candidates.

Experience And Qualifications

• Applicants will ideally be educated to degree level.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in-house recruitment in a corporate environment.
• High degree of familiarity and competence with LinkedIn Recruiter. 
• Personal integrity and respect for confidential information.
• Self-organized and methodical with a sense of urgency.
• An excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Strong Communication skills – both written and verbal.
