Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key supporting role on the marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Director. This position blends creative design, digital execution, and administrative support to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered with accuracy, style, and impact. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for art and design, technical know-how across digital platforms, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. The Marketing Coordinator will be hands-on in design production, website and platform updates, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring seamless alignment with the overall brand strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of brand and marketing strategies under the direction of the Marketing Director.
- Create and edit visual content using primarily Adobe Creative Suite and occasionally Canva, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Update and maintain website content and back-end platforms, ensuring functionality and brand consistency.
- Provide administrative support such as ordering supplies, coordinating print/digital assets, and updating marketing materials.
- Write and edit short-form content — from event calendars to campaign descriptions — ensuring each piece reflects the brand’s voice and style.
- Assist with campaign rollout across channels (email, digital, print), including scheduling, posting, and performance tracking.
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand assets and guidelines across multiple sub-brands.
- Help monitor the marketing calendar, and support in meeting deadlines across campaigns and projects.
- This role has minimal social media management responsibilities but may coordinate or assist with paid social media ads rather than day-to-day content management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to fulfill marketing needs in a timely, solution-oriented manner.
- Monitor cultural and industry trends to provide creative input into campaigns and content.

- Knowledge of branding principles and ability to apply them across a variety of channels and formats.
- Comfort working in CMS platforms (Sales Force) and updating website content.
- Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to pivot quickly and manage competing priorities.
