Software Technical Project Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering the technical content of the Software Engineering discipline for a project.
• Leads and coordinates the technical activities performed by the SW development teams (estimation, planning, task assignment ...) and escalates issues which cannot be solved within the team.
• Approves the technical solution of the SW Subsystem and drives the SW Release and deliveries.
• Coordinate with other disciplines 

Your Qualifications:

• Project Management Competency (Stakeholder Management, Change Management and Problem Resolution Management, Escalation Management, Review and Release Management, Customer Relationship Management)
• At least 8 to 13 years of experience in automotive or comparable field with customer contact
• At least finished one project from Acquisition to Production launch successfully (as team member)
• SW Product Development Process knowhow
• Worked as team member in an international team
• Good Communication and Negotiation skills
• Autosar Knowhow
• Working experience on Debuggers Lauterbach, UDE or similar tools
• Working experience on the tools CANOE, INCA or similar tools
• Basic Knowhow on microcontroller and functional safety
• Experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS)
• Hands on Middleware SW experience
