Senior AI Engineer

PURPOSE:

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of advanced Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, diffusion models, and modern AI/ML frameworks. In this role, you will design, train, fine-tune, and deploy models using Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. You will ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and business-aligned, applying cutting-edge AI to real-world challenges in areas such as healthcare, accessibility, and enterprise automation.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s in AI, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• 4+ years in software development with strong AI/ML expertise.
• Proficiency in Python with hands-on use of PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras.
• Experienced in LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral), LangChain/agentic AI, and RAG with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Knowledge of diffusion models, computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, CLIP), and speech-to-text (Whisper, DeepSpeech).
• Skilled in Docker, FastAPI/Flask, AWS SageMaker/Azure ML, and modern MLOps pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills, experience working with international clients, and ability to lead technical discussions.
• Technical focus on AutoML, GANs, Graph ML, Ethical AI, AI Safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• AI Model Development: Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) models, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.

• Programming & Frameworks: Develop robust AI solutions using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, FastAPI/Flask, and containerization tools like Docker.

• LLM Expertise: Implement and orchestrate Transformer-based large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, and Mistral, leveraging frameworks like LangChain or LLM agents for prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.

• Computer Vision & Image Processing: Apply practical experience in object detection, scene understanding, and image captioning using OpenCV, YOLO, or CLIP.

• Speech & Language Systems: Build AI-powered closed captioning and speech-to-text systems using models like Whisper, DeepSpeech, or other STT frameworks.

• Data & Retrieval Systems: Manage retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) to optimize information retrieval and AI responses.

• System Integration: Integrate AI models with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to enable real-time querying of system state, user context, and dynamic platform constraints.

• Ethical & Human-Centric AI: Ensure AI solutions adhere to principles of accessibility, human-centric design, and ethical considerations, particularly for assistive systems serving vulnerable populations.
